Did I mention that I love plague doctors?????
I figured that considering the fact that they are both reapers and that Grell loves red and Undertaker wears black, that they are perfect as the red and black deaths. The red death being from Edgar Allan Poe's Masque of the Red Death and the black death (black plague) from your history book!
For this I tried to make Grell look more fancy and Undertaker look like your more traditional plague doctor. The rods they are holding were used by the doctors to inspect their patients without touching them. I took some liberties with their clothes to make this easier for me to draw. (Okay I tried to draw Grell's hand but it turned out horrible so I covered it up
)
